Zambia, August 2005
Brian and writer Marian Pallister
spent two weeks at the Mthunzi Centre, an orphanage
on the outskirts of Lusaka.
They visited surrounding villages
and health projects where they heard about some of the
challenges facing the people they met.

Exhibition
Following the Zambian trip
there was an exhibition of the photographs with accompanying
text by Marian at The Nomads Tent , Edinburgh during
November 2005. 30% of the proceeds from photograph
sales of went to the Mthunzi centre, as well as donations
from visitors. Marian Pallister gave a talk about her
many journeys to Zambia and how the joint project came
about.
